My good friend, Jillian, asked me about a month ago if we were going to do maternity pictures. She is also pregnant so I thought she was just asking to see if they should too. Little did I know that she just got a brand new fancy camera and wanted to practice taking pictures and she asked if she could take some of us! Well, SURE YA CAN!!! So, we went out yesterday and here are a couple sneak peaks that she sent me.
The last one cracks me up because my ‘ladies’ are so big! Well… HELLO!! 
We have made some real progress in Emma’s nursery! We bought a dollhouse bookcase, arranged everything in the room, fixed the curtains, made a pillow, AND our beloved chair arrived after over 2 months of waiting. Sadly, it was the wrong chair! Right color, but we ordered the recliner glider and we only got the glider. To say that I freaked out may be an understatement. Emma is due in 6 weeks and the chair took over 8 weeks to get it. Do the math people, it isn’t going to end well! Jeremy took over and talked to the store and they worked some magic and we should get the correct chair in 3 weeks. Let’s just all say a prayer that it is right!
Everything still needs work, but we are getting somewhere now. 
We also found a great deal on a BOB Revolution stroller. Do you have one?! We LOVE it!! This was the one thing that Jeremy was very adamant about getting. Fine by me!
My sister, Jen, graciously gave us their car seat and bases since they aren’t using them with her boys. So, we ordered a new set and here is what Emma will be in during her first car ride. 
A little less than 6 more weeks to go! Although, we are praying for 4-5 instead.
Not much to update with here. We haven’t done much else in the nursery because we are waiting on ‘the chair’ to come in so that we can finalize where everything will go in the room. I did, however, fix the massive long curtains and with the extra fabric I made a pillow to go on the chair (I think…). That is pretty much the progress that has been made in the room. I have a running check list of things to do in the room and we hope to get quite a bit done within the next 2-3 weeks. Well, we better!! We don’t have that much time!
Hopefully the chair comes in this week and I will have pictures to post!!
Side note… what are the odds that JP and Ashley actually stay together? I am going to go ahead and say slim to none. Hope I didn’t spoil anything for the 3 people that read my bloggie!
Side Side note…. can it not be 108 degrees all week? I am ready to not be so swollen.
